All the work is done for you! These pecans have been cracked and blown leaving only a small amount of shell.

We will fill your order with the best paper shells we have in stock at the time. Once we receive your order we will crack and shell your order, removing approx. 90% of the hulls. For the 5 lbs you will receive approx. 2 1/2 lbs of nut meats and for the 10 lbs you will receive aprox. 5 1/4 lbs of nut meats as the shell on a pecan weights about 50%.
